Along with Clare and Nigel, she is a director of Hendys and has in seven years, built the number of well managed properties to, at the last count, over 350 from the Chapel Allerton office alone. |

Sharon Blade Do not let this woman in your house. Sharon expertly deals with the maintenance side of Hendys property management. This means liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors, using patience, persuasion and a good of knowledge she'd rather not have in plumbing. Her standards of housekeeping are so high, we don't let her through the front door at home! |

Emma Walker This is Emma on the Hendys bus tour, although she's more likely to be seen nipping around in one of our yellow Beetles full of prospective tenants. Sadly for us, she's only at Hendys at weekends, but good for her, she's studying for her Diploma for Licensed Conveyancers and works full time for Davies Gore Lomax, a very reputable law firm. |

Martine King Martine operates at Hendys under a false name as we already have a ‘Clare’. Martine does inventories, property inspections and viewings. She is so familiar with most of our rental properties, she could almost find her way around blindfold, although we haven’t asked her to yet. Pressures of theatrical commitment amongst other things (including managing some property in Spain, lucky thing) mean that Martine only works with us part time. |
