The Lettings Team

one of the owners of Hendys and runs the immensely busy property management side, Jac (never, ever call her Jacqueline) knows every rental property inside out.  Is the oven electric?  Where are the meters?  What colour is the third bedroom?  She's your man. 

Martine King
Martine operates at Hendys under a false name as we already have a 'Clare'. Martine does inventories, property inspections and viewings. She is so familiar with most of our rental properties, she could almost find her way around blindfold, although we haven't asked her to yet. Amongst other things (including managing some property in Spain, lucky thing) mean that Martine only works with us part time.

Sarah Keller
Sarah has been with us for 10% of her life and for a Yorkie knows every nook and crannie in Chapel Allerton. She works as Jac's right hand in the lettings office, mostly turning the properties round between tenancies. In spite of having a lovely, calm, ladylike influence on the office, she has an alarmingly murky laugh. You'll probably hear it wherever you are.

Jane Baldwin
Jane works with us part time, mostly tearing around doing viewings and organising the references for potential tenants. She is totally bomb proof, always cheerful and unlike some of her colleagues, has never been known to swear.

Gary Wilkinson
Gary is what every office needs - a hard working all rounder. He helps Jac with the contractor's and landlord's finances and all of us with his cracking good memory. He withstands a great deal of teasing with humour and equilibrium and is, like everyone else, an essential ingredient to the smooth running of a very busy and complicated office.
