Nigel is the office dandy and his peacock status and love of good food belies his acknowledged role as the creative planning member of the management team. With over 35 years invested working in residential and commercial property, Nigel brings energy, enthusiasm and a whale of a lot of experience into both offices.

Clare Garvey

Like Jac, Clare has 12 years of experience with Hendys and over 30 years of Chapel Allerton.  She handles the sale of your property and negotiates you and your purchaser through the complicatedd sale's progression to achieve a happy ending for all!  She also does the market appraisals for the sales department and has a great time seeing all the lovely properties that Chapel Allerton has to offer.

Jo Brennan

Jo is Clare's administering angel.  She works part time in the sales department, getting the details of properties on the websites, organising and doing the viewings, looking after the web site, compiling and using the databases and generally being an all round good egg.
